DV-Hema 21 is a fully automatic cell counter to determine simultaneously 18 hematological
parameters, including 3-part leukocyte differentials in percentages and absolute values. Color
WBC, RBC, and PLT histograms can be displayed with automatically calculated thresholds and
printed with the report or separately. This counter is equipped with an impressive alert system
comprised of biological and mechanical flags, alarms, and warnings for pathological results,
including auto-diagnostic capabilities. Medical and Veterinary species-specific versions are both
with pre-programmed and user definable channels. Menu selections are fast and direct. Combined
with Microsoft Windows®-based software the instrument’s operation is virtually intuitive from the
beginning. DV-Hema 21 is equipped with color TOUCH-SCREEN display and requires and
external printer.
